At Sacred Heart of Jesus, Baptisms are celebrated on the first Sunday of?each month at 12:30 only. Parents desiring Baptism for their children are asked to contact the Rectory to make arrangements for pre-Baptism instructions and for the Baptism. Parents should make arrangements by calling the Rectory office no later than two weeks before the Baptism.

We also offer preparation for Baptism. On this class, parents and godparents will learn:

1. The theology of the sacrament of Baptism

2. The Liturgy of the Baptism

3. Being a faithful parent and godparent

4. How to teach your child to live his Christianity as a Prophet, King, and Priest
